Two Years Natural

This photo was taken on December 20, 2009 I made the decision to cut off my relaxed hair. It started with a snip to see what my natural texture was like --it turned into a rather furious cutting session. This is the result. My last relaxer was in September of 2008 and it was a dreadful experience, complete with burns and subsequent scabs. So I let my hair grow for about 15 months then I completed the big chop. I went from shoulder length to neck length and I started out 2010 with a smedium sized afro.
